How I Tested It
I tested it using a spring scale. A spring scale is a type of scale used to measure the amount of pressure, force, or work. You can measure in grams or newtons. I used newtons when I tested my machine. I also measured the time it takes my machine to transport food to the bowl. I also used a timer. Using a timer, you can measure in seconds, minutes, or hours, depending on the time it takes. I used seconds. You will see several tests. You must do more than one test to be accurate. Here are my test results.
Force (put on lever)
Test 1 20 Newtons
Test 2 19 Newtons
Test 3 19 Newtons
So the average force put on the lever is 19 Newtons.
Test 2 19 Newtons
Test 3 19 Newtons
So the average force put on the lever is 19 Newtons.
Time
Test 1 15 seconds
Test 2 10 seconds
Test 3 13 seconds
So the time it takes to transport food into the bowl is about 10-15 seconds.
Test 2 10 seconds
Test 3 13 seconds
So the time it takes to transport food into the bowl is about 10-15 seconds.
